-- F. Scott Fitzgerald (1896 – 1940) --
"What people are ashamed of usually makes a good story."
Have a great Friday!

Your Splashes are turning into "Fitzgeralds du Jour"... Can't you find other authors who have written to their children?!

Hmmm, I guess I feel differently than anonymous [1]. First of all, I can't think of a better writer to quote than Fitzgerald. And second, I really enjoy the way you do the weekly focus. . . I like the continuity of it. It lets your myriad throng of groupies get a closer and a bit deeper look at a particular writer.
Do you perhaps also write short stories? I would love to see you serialize a short story that YOU have written. . .I am sure you must have someone inspiring you. . . some muse.
Keep up the wonderful work.

Funny you should mention it Anonymous #2.
I have been thinking of serializing a story of my own, right here on the blog.
Thank you.
Thank you for recognizing greatness when you see it.... or read it....
[of course, by "greatness" I am referring to your comments about Mr. Fitzgerald].
